Share a time of crisis you have had in your life

1.    Storms we cause ourselves

2.    Storms that God causes

3.    Storms that others cause in our life.

Give an example from the Bible or outside of the bible for each area

2.    Remember God’s purpose

a.    How can we know God’s purpose for our life?

3.    Remember God’s promise

a.    What is God’s promise to us as Christians?

b.    How can remembering that, help us in times of crisis?

4.    Remember to pray

a.    How does praying help us in times of Crisis?

b.    How are your prayer different during crisis than at other times?

How does the end of this story strengthen your trust in God in times of crisis?
